Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Honorly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Honorly. By posting content, you grant Honorly a non-exclusive license to host, store and display it as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or the rights of others.

Memorial Pages

Memorial pages are intended to honor real individuals. You should only create memorials for people to whom you have a genuine personal connection. You control what content is published on memorials you manage. Honorly reserves the right to remove memorials that are fraudulent, misleading or brought to our attention by immediate family members.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Honorly for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair the platform. This includes transmitting harassing, hateful or otherwise objectionable content, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, or using the service to distribute spam or malicious software.

Termination

Honorly may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to content ownership, liability and disclaimers survive termination.

Limitation of Liability

Honorly is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free. In no event shall Honorly be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Honorly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
